Desktop menu is visible only above 1025px width

Desktop width is minimum 1024. Mobile resolutions are 360px-480px. You
can't use desktop on mobile

Made a custom footer..

No matter which from which device the site is visiting.I want to keep a option of standard 'Desktop View' mode in  the footer section. 

Please help me.
