theme option - shop settings for sidebar control on shop pages

However, it was not a bad look to have all the pages full-screen if that is not possible. Thanks!

Thank you for reminding me! I will remove it and tuck that code away for later, in case I would rather have it always no sidebar.

because you added special code to page css or in global css to hide sidebar

.vc_row.vc_rehub_container>.vc_col-sm-4, .sidebar, .side-twocol {

    display: none;

}

I am not sure why you added this code which hides sidebar and then ask why you don't have sidebar

Using Health Check & Troubleshooting Plugin - Active Plugins: Woocommerce, Dokan Lite + Pro, Elementor + Pro, ReHub Framework. All others deactivated in video. 

Swapping to Storefront displays sidebar. 

See sidebar, add widget to sidebar. It displays. Activate ReHub, it does not display - Full Screen only. Need option to have full screen or content with sidebar.
