1. not clear which shading you mean. Theme doesn't add shading to images

1) Hide shading from category image?

2) I would to hide an item from the main menu and display according to its role

like this:

[rh_is_bpmember_role role='auteur'] Auteur [/rh_is_bpmember_role] 

possible ? but I don't know where to place it! I seen in the menu part but I see nothing.
