It doesn't matter how you get featured image, via API or not. Amazon prohibited saving images on server, so, both ways are violating rules of amazon. Use this on own risk. Currently, I don't know any cases when someone was banned for this reason

Acknowledged, I have one more question:

* I can take Amazon product image for my product featured image. But as policy from Amazon, just take it via Amazon API.

* Content Egg: can active with API vs Affiliate Egg: can work even just product link.

With new affiliate website cannot get API after 3 orders done so the only choice: Affiliate Egg

-----> Can I use Affiliate Egg to sync amazon image without being banned.

I am really confused using Content Egg to real-time synchronize product's price from Amazon to my own homepage (refer picture below). 

Document in http://rehubdocs.wpsoul.com almost not mention about this. (Maybe i m wrong)
