our quick view option is showing regular single page in popup. So, all solutions and plugins for ajax in product page should work

As you wrote, with this custom extension and custom plugins we can do it, but you said it doesn’t support our theme and its give high load on server. So that we don’t want go with that option. 

As per our theme has option for quick view, now we are able to choose variation but after choose variation when select add to cart then it goes to the product page.

Now we expect something like this https://lemart.in/all?namev=Fresh%20Vegetables&mid=5dad407538d2df77f6b3d275&sid=5dbaf0883865a17c9c3e6d50 for reference.

Those who wanted go on product detail page they can click on center of any product and easily go on product detail page and choose variation from there and get all product related details too.
But those who wanted to do fast shopping, they choose quick view option and get variation and select add to cart and quick view option will close automatically and customer will be reaming on the same page (Shop Page). now customer can choose the other products and it’s variation and add to cart without going on an every product page at every time. 

For that which setting we have to do please let me know, if this option not available in our theme then as we think, as a theme designer your team can do it very easily & your team can get seven star rating for this...

As I wrote, it's possible only as custom extension or custom plugin. You can try it if you want. Usually, themes don't support this, because this option will have very high load on server if you have many products on page.

Our theme has option for quick view which you can enable from theme option - shop settings. From quick view window, users can select variations

Well, WooCommerce by default does not support add to cart for variable products from product archive page.

But some theme add this functionality.

If we set any product without variation then we can add in to cart without open product page, its looks good.

But when we set any variation on product then it must have to open product page and then we have to choose variation. how is it possible so we can choose variation of product and add or remove products directly in add to cart from shop page so they have no required to open product page.
