This is not theme territory. Just use any kind of user registration
protection for wordpress. Like captcha, hiding login page, etc

I just installed a new website with Rehub (yesterday) and I'm already having something like 20 spam users who created accounts.

Maybe you should think about some kind of protection against that in future releases ?
