Hi

I'm following your guide ( https://wpsoul.com/optimize-seo-wordpress/ ) and have a question about setting Index/Noindex & Follow/Nofollw for the items below, I need to select Index/Noindex & Follow/Nofollw for all of the above. Should I Follow and Index any of them?
