Theme only adds additional fields to comment form. Regular fields are coming from WordPress and woocommerce and theme doesn't change them. So, if you want to add own fields, you must customize core

But mam, it is the theme form where a user submits his comment.

Even as regular it also shows review in WP dashboard comment.

woocommerce has no website field in ratings, I don't know why they use website world in notice, you can report to author of plugin woocommerce, because this is not part of theme

Is it possible to add website option in the review form?

On the product page when a user review, he/she also wants to enter their website links so they can get a backlink and it also increases the trust of our site for other users.

So please help us in adding website column.
