I had an issue with Step 4, where the identifier should be the same as Post ID and SKU

I see that you are using free version of WPAI. Try PRO version

Remove free versions of WPAI and woocommerce addon and install pro versions. When you choose product type, choose Affiliate product type

I tried again with new example, please find the attachments with a screenshot and the log

Offer id must be unique. Post id must be the same as sku.

You didn't set offer Id. Add it. 

You missed to send screenshots. You can send only for 3-4 step. Also you didn't send link of site

I’ve just purchased the theme, and my site will be used for price comparison between different local merchants, so I should be importing offers. 

So, I installed and followed every step in the guide to create a product with different offers by importing. 

but the importing eventually ends up importing different products individually . 

Please need your help

Steps I took:

1) upload the file, choose 'Add WooCommerce Product' then go to step 3

2) I've put the tittle name

3) go to 'Egg Content Offer', put the URL tag and Name Tag

4) Unique post ID and SKU (in woocommerce) I put "ID" Tag

5) and finalize upload (using auto detect for tittle)
