I already sent screenshot how you can download svg from fontawesome site
for any icon.

fa-ideal is correct code. But it will not work, because this icon is in 5.12

maybe it's because fontawesome has no icon with such code

I deactivated en removed al scripts. is not showing.

Please, disable plugins one by one and remove all scripts which loads fontawesome icons. Issue is because you have second fontawesome file on site

I changed the footer, but when i added the following without the rest of the code. Al is working but 1, . If the theme uses fontawesome pro, why is Ideal not showing?

This code was blocking the font. I added this in elementor footer to display payment icons. How can I add the icons otherwise?

because one of your plugin loads free fontawesome icons, theme uses pro version. Disable plugins one by one and you will find it

Dear Support,

It seems to be that I have lost the Icon in my mobile sliding menu. There used to be a cross. Pls see attachment. How can I fix this?
