We can't add images to system elements, because images can't be scaled on retina displays and also it's not possible to change it's colors from settings. also, such big price badge doesn't fit to all elements. Possible only as custom paid job

we recommend to use gtmetrix instead google speed. Google has stupid rules
which calls eliminate render block. It's rule when you must place all
styles and scripts in footer instead of header. Yes, it's possible to do,
but this will make awful user experience, because site will look crashed
while loading. I still don't know why this rule is important to google. To
be truth nobody knows

With today's new update, mobile pagespeed has increased from 2-3 second to 7-9 second. Something surely has gone wrong and needed to get fixed.
