The settings are same both for first import and new import. After many tests I realize that we can solve the problem only if we re-run the first import (WPallImport) and then make a new import. But the first products are too many to re-run them.
There is no problem with the new imports.
I insist, because it's the second time that i update server and i have the same problem.
I beleve that something happens during the servers change the plugin can't recognaise the '_ce_unique_pid' from first imports.

Server update doesn't affect import. Maybe you made first import with wrong
settings. Please, describe how to reproduce your issue on new site or with
new imports, do you have problem with it?

screenshots that you added Content egg offers in first import. Also i don't
see that you use content egg product layouts. Please, enable them first.

You are trying to use Content Egg for SKU, this is not working. If you use Content Egg, you must use methods for Content Egg. SKU and Content Egg are different things and different scenarios

Hi. You missed to send us screenshots of all your settings and actions
When importing new products the Content Egg plugin deletes the previous offers and introduces the new offers with the same '_ce_unique_pid'.
And this happens when there are many stores in the previous offers, it deletes them all and you only keep the last one imported.

Record Matching: _ce_unique_pid => {part_number[1]}

If everything is working as expected on all sites, so, the issue in first import on your server. But I can't fix this. Why do not remove all products and import them correctly? I am sure that first import was run wrongly or you simply deleted some custom meta when you make server update.
New plugin will be released on this week and you can try it, maybe it will help
