Theme Options not working in WP admin

Ok how do I fix this as I have no plugin updates?

Because you use outdated theme and Rehub framework plugin and didn't clean
cache in browser after wordpress update

Hi,


I am trying to change my theme options in the WP admin. Every time I click on, for example 'Global Enable/Disable' or 'Header and Menu' in the theme options, nothing changes, so I can not access the options.


I've cleared cookies, tried different browsers, but nothing seems to work, and I'm not sure why?


When I click on one, the URL changes, but the page doesn't.
