Once, I asked what the field names mentioned below were like for me to import everything through the excel table through WP All Import. They told me it was not possible, as they were not the original fields of the WP. Now they tell me that they were not present because I didn't have the theme framework plugin enabled, which was not true. I asked that the fields disappeared, exactly from 74 stores out of the more than 200 that I have registered. After analyzing what may have happened here, since the support told me that the plugin does not erase data, which I agree, there may have been 2 things.
1- as is the framework of the theme itself that creates these fields, in some update he "lost" the location of this data in the database
or
2- I use the WP Rocket plugin and left the Database cleaning and optimization option active to perform this cleaning weekly. She may have "seen" these entries and not recognized them as valid and deleted them.
I am not a programmer, so these are just assumptions I have, but who can answer better is the support of the topic.
At least I'm not the only one who had this problem, so I think support can investigate what may be happening.
I hope I helped Youssef, but in my case I had to recover an old backup and I'm having to redo everything by hand. If these fields were recognized by RH IMPORT PRO, it would be great, because in this case I would only need to go up the spreadsheet again, without losing so many hours, as I am having.
Rehub framework and any other plugin cant remove these fields. They are
regular taxonomy meta fields and they are valid. Even if something is wrong
- fields are still stored and safe. The only possible reason is Duplicator.
Maybe you didn't enable some options, like copying custom taxonomies
