you can reactivate it. You must clean cache in plugin

Thank you for pointing out the correct version of Rehub. The installed version is 11.9. After deactivating the SG optimizer plug-in, site is working. Let's see how soon we can re-activate SG optimizer. Anyway, Thanks for quick support.

you still didn't clean cache in SG plugin. Deactivate it temporarily. Also, actual version is 11.9, update theme and plugin. 

1. We have updated theme version to 11.9 and accordingly updated plugin Rehub framework

2. We have tried purged/cleaned website cache, cache on hosting site (siteground) and on CDN (Cloudflare)

3. After updating , there is distorted view on website pages

4. Website is visible after wordpress login though with some distortions

5. Website is not at all visible to outside visitor

6. Note: Current version of wordpress is 5.5
