You can use Content Egg plugin PRO or any other plugins which has option for external featured images

I have Amazon-affiliated account and as per amazon rules we shouldn't add the images directly, please let me know how to show the images directly from  Amazon-affiliated account?

And I don't want to load any images to my website server. please let me know to show brand and product images without downloaded it to the hosting.
