How to set product numbers per page

I can't reproduce the same problem. Please, make sure that you cleaned
cache, make sure that actual version is 12.3 or newer. Try to disable other
plugins one by one

But why it still shows 12 products while the mark is 24: https://prnt.sc/u81vhl
