Update and clean BROWSER cache. You can google how to clean browser file cache in browser which you use

I think this is some kinda cache issue but i am not using any plugin for cheche.

You didn't. It's clearly mentioned in article which version of theme you must use

You are using outdated theme and Rehub framework plugin.
