buttons must have class hotcountbtn. Your homepage doesn't have it on
buttons

I don't see disabled cache on homepage. In the same time inner pages have proper new thumb counters. So, you didn't clean homepage cache properly on your server or you have customization of

I disable extensions too.

I have only a custom CSS in theme options but nothing in js

With WP Bakery or Elementor, the News/Directory List bloc show the temperature of the item.

I can't add / remove 1° in the temperature bar.

I disable cache and autoptimise : same thing.

I don't see javascript error with chrome debug.
