I don't understand what is the issue. Inner product layout has very clear notice that your product layout is "Global, from theme option". It means that layout which you set in theme option will be set as layout of product. 

1)the product layout image shows layout is selected in rehub theme shop option

2)when adding product in add new product the page layout is appearing global theme from shop option instead i needed content egg auto section as default not globaltheme from shop option kindly look into it thanks

You don't need to select. Open your page and you will see that correct layout from theme option is loaded

ok but each and every time have to select while adding product and we want to keep default content egg auto section layout default

All is correct. You have product layout which is coming from theme option

i followed above url but still same each time have to select product layout and product data for adding data

kindly find the attached images for product data ,product layout & product layout default for each time
