Your second screenshot shows me that you didn't add rhicon class as mentioned in documentation. and it shows that you have many 3 level items. Must be 3 maximum for vertical mega menu. You can use other types of mega menu as explained in video

use full width mega menu

first: The icon I put before browse categories in the vertical menu is not showing properly

Second: The Mega menu width is too much. How can I reduce its width size?
