you can't change color or image there. You can remove floating panel

Hello,


I need help with two things:


1.I want to change the color of the post header, the brown pale color that is active right now, displayed in one of the images. How do I change that color?


2.When I scroll down on the page this. black header appears with a little image next to it, check image. How do I change the color of that header and remove that little image? 


I am using a post with Gothenburg auto contents layout.
