i think i don't understand where you paid. If you used paddle, it's better to write to support of paddle, because we don't have access to this payment system

Hi, 

When i have paid for the work of the customization team i have tried to enter my VAT in the section made for it but it didnt work.I had an error message.  I gave a valid VAT. Could you please tell me how to get an invoice? Thanks
