Hi. Theme has no favicon settings, it's wordpress settings. Sometimes it didn't work, so you need to generate .ico format for icon and upload it in root folder of site. Also, icon will be available after reindex. 

As it's not related to theme and you have no actual support for setup help, I am closing this ticket

I've contacted the support of the SEO plugin (attachment 2) and they said it's related to the theme settings (attachment 3)
