please, write to author of vendor plugin which you use because this
question is not related to theme

I am testing my shipping setup for multi vendor site.  I have 3 products in cart from 3 different vendors.  Each vendor has a different shipping rate.  In the checkout cart the shipping methods and costs only appear for 2 out of 3 vendors.  Limitation imposed by theme?  by dokan plugin? or some other error?
