the issue was with the Cache plugin. it's resolved now. thank you 

we are not able to check sites by screenshots, live link on page with issue is required. you can install on staging area, deactivate your cache plugins and send link

the mobile menu and filter are not working on mobile devices. Please check the attached video

(the current live version, is the very old update where the menu and filters are working perfectly)
