Please, write to author of plugin which you use to make this part, it's not from theme so I don't know how to help

Do you know how to fix this? this is the code I added in the plugin to add a Polish character. It used to work, but now the letter "ł" does not appear, only the code for it for UTF-8, which should display the letter "ł"

Such content appears in the email in the order summary.

There are stamps there, because I tried to give them to Polish characters to appear. Before that it worked but I changed servers and it stopped
