Try to reinstall woocommerce and then import via wpai. We don’t update wpai
addons but they don’t require updates

I would like to use WPAI but you do not support WPAI anymore and importWP is ok, but again WPAI it is only a baby. There was a problem that not all offers were imported with WPAI therefore I was forced to use importWP. We had some discussion also here per ticket.

So what should I do:

- should I reinstall woocommerce

- try import per wpai (I think that you do not update the wpai cegg plugin)

- ... or reinstall the whole site

PS: regarding the setting ... yes there are some not-good settings, but it worked for the cegg offer update before Eastern and now not.

i am not sure why, but something wrong in woocommerce installation. When I enable debug, it shows me that woocommerce is registered incorrectly. I tried to find problem, but didn't find

Also, you have many wrong settings, some importers have no title for products, also you set the same price for old and new price, which makes product as 100% discount

Also, maybe you can try to use WPAI, I see that you have it on site.

please, provide screenshot of your settings without custom code, also remove your customizations, and provide details where you have problem and error code

Regarding the information from importWP developer the problem is in content egg addon.

I do not understand why you cannot help me.

The content egg addon in importWP does not works now or do you think that the problem is the custom code? I do not understand.

I can do import without custom code, and we can see if its working or not. If its not working also without the custom code, do you will help me fix it, or not?

Currently, i can't help with things which are not included in theme. Theme
update can't affect plugin, I can send you old version of theme

It works, I communicated with importWP developer and he found a way how to use it. It worked fine until last rehub update.

it looks that after the theme update the coneten egg extension for importWP does not work.

I contacted also ImportWP Team and the wrote me to contact owner of the cegg extension for importWP.

here the error:
