How can I prevent all the attributes from appearing on the home page?

woocommerce shows attributes which belong to products. General shop page shows all products so all attributes will be visible. You can use advanced conditional widget plugins if you want to remove some widgets from special pages. This is not recommended

I want to hide attribute filters on the home page of the woocommerce store.

All attribute filters are visible there, and I would like only a select few to be visible
