1. I managed to import via CSV, but it doesn't load the image, in which case will I have to manually add the thumbnail?

2. To make this website with coupons for discounts and offers, will I need to use the Woocommerce plugin?

3. Is there another form available in the template, which allows to carry out the automatic mass import of coupons and offers?

it's because your file in encoded and encripted. You need to save it as csv file in any editor like Excel. So, here I edit and save it as csv and it's working
