OK thanks but i have search don Theme Options - Global and there's no way
to deactivate the Votes....

voting block can't be customized from options (possible only as custom paid
customization). You can disable voting in theme options - global enable if
you want to use your own solutions

And how to personalize the VOTE SECTION of every article?
