BTW regarding your comment for the caching plugin. I shared with you earlier a sandbox from WPML with the theme installed "no cache plugin". It's a clean WordPress install that has the issue as well. 

The cashing plugin is disabled. I'll keep you updated.

currently they didn't contact. To be truth I don't understand your issue and I think it's not related to WPML, it's related to cache plugin

_user_wished - field where all wishlists are stored should be not translated, this field is common for all languages because it's user meta field and you should not sync or translate it

Thanks for your patience. I've got our 2nd tier supporters' reply. This issue happens because we are still missing the handling of the remove function. As a workaround, you could continue using re-adding and removing products again from the wishlist.

Please note that we will contact the author regarding this issue. You could also reach the theme author to push things.

how did you setup wishlist pages for languages?

I have an issue and I don't really know if it's a theme issue or a plugin issue. I contact WPML support and they told me to also inform you about it while they investigate the issue. 

I did a clean install and disable all plugins except WPML and still having this problem.

my website is in 2 languages (En/ Ar). I have a wish list page. they are not synced with each other

If I wishlist a product in English it shows up in Arabic but with issue (like the heart icon next to the product still have the heart btn empty and it should show the "X" mark).

If I wishlist a product in Arabic it does not shows up in English.

I want the wishlist page to show the same product with the same style "X" mark on them in both English and Arabic wishlist page.

Kindly, let me know if this happens before and if it's a theme issue then how to fix it. However, if it's not a theme issue then I'll keep you updated.
