I don't know because i don't know what you use for these blocks. If you use Elementor, you can find hover option in Elementor almost for each block

I had this block on hover display white text and heading and when I edit them it still shows it as white on hover however on the actual live site it doesn't do that. Do you know why and where do I change it?
