Theme options-user option and set own links

Login Popup and Login button is already there on the main page. But when the user clicks on the register button, it goes to a blank page:

you can use Buddypress for profiles on site. Also, if you use Woocommerce, users can access registration from My account page. Usually, it has link /my-account on your site

How to make the "New User Login Page", where a new user can enter his/her email id and a new password register as user. Later on he/she can use the email and password to login to my website. Kindly guide. Thanks.
