Ok, I care about the speed so will use the Gutenberg but there are limited things that I can do with the existing blocks. Would it slow the page if I install Gutenberg Blocks like: Kadence Blocks or Stackable. Which one do you recommend?

Gutenberg is core of Wordpress so it’s loaded in any case. Elementor is
third party, yes, it slows down site. Also we are building own page builder
for Gutenberg so we will not depend on other developers anymore

I use Elemantor a lot, are you planning to support it in the future or you would say you are trying to move away from it to Gutenberg that ideally, we should use the latter instead. Is it true that Elemantor slows the website down a lot compared to Gutenberg. Would it make sense to move it to Gutenberg? And if I move it to Gutenberg would it break the layout or would it hold the code of the existing pages if I don't edit it? 

Or would WPBakery Page Builder be better?
