Also, all the Products tags are H2 and I don't want them smaller and want to have H2 and H3 in TOC, so is there any other way to do it? I usually use <div> and font size to avoid that but can't do that with Products....

You can choose tag to use in TOC. Default is h2. You can set other

How do I  hide/ remove certain Headings from automatically being populated in the Table Of Content - I have a Woocomerce Query Box that pulls in Product but because product titles are Headings in bringing all of them into the Table of Content. When I have more products this will be an issue.
