Theme options- general and select post layout which you need

theme options-global enable if you want to disable some parts

theme options-loop customization if you need some customization 

I used the taxonomy widget for custom posts (screen 1).

When I click on "Γ" I get all the posts under that letter (screen 2).

All I wanna do is to get only a list of posts without the things I have inside the red parallelogram in screenshot 2.

Is that possible?
