You need create custom meta if you want to order by value

So there is no way to do that?

You can’t order by attribute value because it’s not in numeric format

yes I am calling the query using the Custom taxonomy and it brings up the Cappucino Price but what I'm trying to do it to order them by the price of the cappuccino not by title, date etc What can I do to do just that?

Attributes are not custom meta. You need to use Custom taxonomy panel in options

I'm trying to display the 'Woocomarece query' and want to order the products by one of the attributes, the 'cappuccino-regular' but I can't make it work. What am I doing incorrectly? Should I use Meta Key or Meta Value as a number?
