Previously, post images have no alt tags. Anyway, it's possible to fix this.

Actually i am using this Aloglia Search Plugin since long time never face this issue after updating to Rehub new version i found this issue. 

problem here is that you added some HTML to title. Maybe because you copied text from other site

All your titles have next trash code 

<em class="algolia-search-highlight">Smartwatch</em>

We will add clean up to alt images in next update. Anyway, you should not add tags and HTML to titles
