stars are user rating. it's star rating because almost all shops like Ebay, Amazon use stars and it's more comfortable for users. Review rating is editor's rating and it's better to keep it as 1-10. I don't see any problem, because it's too different things, usually, you must use something one - make editor's reviews if you have review site or user stars if you have just shop. 

Feel free to edit and customize theme, but this falls outside support scope so I can't help in this

Got a quick question about WooCommerce boxes. Besides the 'expert score' it also shows an amount of stars automatically. As amount of stars is a 1-5 rating and expert score is a 1-10, I think it can be confusing. Is there some way I can take out the amount of stars from the WooCommerce boxes? Maybe with the help of custom CSS?

If not possible it's too bad. If it's possible that would be great because then the boxes are perfect! Thanks.
