Sorry, but you are using custom filter plugin for woocommerce which overwrites regular functions. We can't help with this question, you need to contact with author of plugin

Hi Support

I have the woocomerce option ticked "Out of stock visibility" Hide out of stock items from the catalog.  However I have a number of out of stock products which are not hidden.  Any idea what can cause this?  How to fix?
