Gtmetrix doesn’t check speed of site, it uses other criterias. If you want
to have good score in gtmetrix, remove unused plugins, remove plugins which
can be replaced by theme functions, for example you use Filter plugin which
can be removed. Use fast hosting (you have TTFB value as 900ms which is
very bad). Use good caching plugins like we explained in our tutorial.
