you can't hide this, it's require customization of core files

Hi, 

I have a comments field showing on some posts and not showing on others. 

Also when I try to display the below the grid of posts shows if they show comment icon and some don't. 

How do I make it so it always adds the comment field at the bottom of the post and doesn't display the numbers on the grid?
