It was made to make TOC like top lists rather than hierarchical toc. As you
see, it has numbers and rows, currently I can’t imagine how to add sub
items in such design and keep it good looking. Maybe we will add hierarchy
as separate option or as variant in future, technically it’s possible to
do, problem is only in design

1/ Thanks. Did. No change.

So ended up changing all heading into H3. Then the not wanted heading dissapeared and toc is now correct for visitors.

2/ Do you think Greenshift toc will be able to choose more than one  heading in the future? For example H2 and H3, or maybe this is too much coding or not possible.

currently i can't advice because i don't know how you created this page and which module you use for heading. What yo can try is to delete TOC, save page, reload, add toc again

How do you add H1 in post? It must be title of post and not as heading added in content

FYI: Page title H1 is hidden on the page in settings, but it still comes up in the toc.
