Width is ok. 

Height is too big. Must be not more than 80px. You should not use too big height in logo because it makes your header too long and not aligned

I have changed to a smaller size logo and deleted the large size logo. but the problem still persists.

ps: I was using an incognito window to test. 

You must upload small logo size. You uploaded oversized logo. It must be
not more than 300px width
