Search is for product search. Vendor search is separate page, you can check
documentation of vendor plugin which you use and you will get information
and shortcodes to build vendor search page

Currently, when using searching for a vendor on my website nothing is showing up. How can I also enable search based on vendors? E.g.: You search for Nike and it would show all products from Nike

I'm using Rehub Revendor theme in combination with WC Marketplace
