If you don’t need it, don’t add offer to post offer section 

I don't want to have the call to action button above the table of contents on https://www.reviewkoning.nl/apple-airpods-3-review/. I don't understand why they put it there because I use the exact same settings as for all my other posts and there isn't a call to action showing above toc on any of these posts.
