technically, it's possible. WCFM has form builder for product submit form,
you need to create additional custom field in form builder with key

rh_td_model

and

rh_td_model_usdz

But practically, users don't submit proper files. Also, Wordpress has no
support for 3d model loader, so, users must upload files somewhere else and
place only link in field. But you can hire WCFM team to make additional
field to upload such files

2. is it possible to create a marketplace where a seller can add a product and an AR ( model ) to the product?

I have tried for example WCFM, but when adding a product the option to add an AR model does not appear.
