Also please tell me how would we know template and framework plugin need to be updated?

There is no proposal to update plugin and themplate in WP dashboard plugins menu list and Appearance->template menu!?!?

Can't create new page or post while plugin REHub Framework is active.

Site shows blank page with few errors in console (see screenshot attached).

Problem apeared after migration to new hosting and updating template and it's plugin.
