1. Just select blocks and use control-c and control-v as regular text
inside editor.

Also you can use Reusable templates. They have import/export button

2. It’s available only in FSE themes or via Query addon of Greenshift

1. is it possible and how to export / import design in Gutenberg to another website? I would like to prepare the design in advance.

2. how do I edit Wordpress Archive, 404, etc. in Gutenberg?
